The Back to Eden documentary is rooted in real historical sites in Henderson, North Carolina, including land where dozens of enslaved individuals were discovered in unmarked burial grounds on former plantation property.

Through storytelling, remembrance, and community engagement, the project transforms these histories into pathways for healing—delivering structured peer-support outcomes and billable services through the Hip Hop Healing Institute.
